BODYBUILDER CHOCOLATE CAKE

So, the other day I accidentally turned my post workout meal into a chocolate cake and I thought I’d share, for anyone cutting or looking for healthy bodybuilding alternatives. My meal is supposed to be the 20g of cream of rice and 2 scoops of whey so you just need to adjust accordingly to fit your macros, as well as the other ingredients to maintain flavor. A bit of egg white can be added too if you need more protein.
20g Dry cream of rice + ¾ cup water. (Adjust this to your macros and cook accordingly.)

Microwave 60sec
Whisk thoroughly.

At this point, it should be thick, but wet enough to mix in the dry ingredients.
Mix in two scoops of vanilla whey (you can play with this), glutamine (since it’s my post workout, so this is optional), ½ tbsp cocoa powder, dash each of cinnamon and salt, tbsp of vanilla extract. I like to add a table spoon of coffee creamer for flavor, usually coconut. Add water if necessary to mix, but try to keep it thick. Whisk thoroughly and pour into Tupperware. At this point, it should be like a thick liquid and pretty runny. Microwave for another 60 seconds, or until it looks dry and fluffy. Place lid on Tupperware and let sit like that for 5-10 minutes. I usually just shower at this point and it’s ready by the time I’m done!

Testing the cut for the new posers, wasn’t sure if i had the ass for them. Legs were a weak point but loving the progress they’ve made. Hams still need to come up a lot but loving my ass.

have u experienced any negative side effects of using roids?

Some mood swings and insomnia depending on what I’m on. I think my body works well with roids though – I feel more complete and happier when I’m on. Either they even me out or it just feels good knowing I’m more actively growing/changing. (Roids are just beefed up supplements, change comes from the diet and work in the gym. They definitely help, but just one part of the equation. I say this because a lot of tumblr fantasizes them as like this miracle serum that produces muscle over night – faster yes, but def not overnight.)

I was thinking this too. I’m going through a pink phase this year, but I don’t know if I can pull it off or if I just like wearing it. I’m told bright colors are better for showing off a bulge though.

Loved your new video and all your updates! You look great. What part of your body turns you on the most?

I really enjoy hitting a front relaxed pose cause I love flexing the lats. Since I’ve been cutting lately though, I’ve mostly just been enjoying seeing the new cuts and definition showing up all over. Saw some great cuts in my delts and back the other day when i got out of the shower and had to stop and flex. Can see the faintest sign of glute striations when i flex too and love how hard my muscles have started feeling. Flexing feels so fucking good the harder the muscle gets.
